Static Care or Managed Care?

The $35 CAD Static Care Plan is built for hosting, monitoring, and small monthly edits (up to 30 minutes). The $99 CAD Website Plus Managed Care plan adds more hands-on monthly content support (up to 90 minutes), a monthly analytics summary, and priority service. If you mostly need your site kept live and secure, Static Care is the fit. If you want regular content help without lifting a finger, choose Managed Care.

Edits beyond the monthly time are billed at an hourly rate. Your domain always stays registered in your name.

Project details

A few simple terms so every project runs smoothly, with no surprises along the way.

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due before your site goes live.
  • Every package includes two rounds of revisions.
  • Additional revisions are billed separately.
  • Turnaround time begins once all required content is received.
  • You provide the text, photos, branding, and login details, unless your quote includes them.
  • Domain registration, stock assets, paid software, and third-party fees are separate unless included in writing.
  • The final project scope is confirmed in a written quote.
  • Monthly plans can be cancelled in line with the service agreement.
  • Unused monthly edit time does not carry over to the next month.
  • Work beyond the monthly allowance is billed at the current hourly rate.
