About this site and our services
This website describes our web design and virtual admin services and lets you request a quote. The content is provided for general information. It does not create a service relationship on its own.
Quotes, pricing, and no offer
Any prices, packages, or estimates shown on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are provided as a general guide only. They are not a binding offer and may change at any time. Any work we take on is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Mason Virtual Solutions, which sets out the actual scope, price, and terms.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Mason Virtual Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is handled in each client's project agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, or use its forms to send unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited content.
Third-party links and tools
This site uses and may link to third-party services, such as our form provider, analytics, hosting, and remote-support tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties.

Project terms
These are the working terms that apply to every project unless your written quote says otherwise. They are also confirmed in the service agreement before work begins.
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due before your site goes live.
- Every package includes two rounds of revisions.
- Additional revisions are billed separately.
- Turnaround time begins once all required content is received.
- You provide the text, photos, branding, and login details, unless your quote includes them.
- Domain registration, stock assets, paid software, and third-party fees are separate unless included in writing.
- The final project scope is confirmed in a written quote.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled in line with the service agreement.
- Unused monthly edit time does not carry over to the next month.
- Work beyond the monthly allowance is billed at the current hourly rate.
